![]() OK so Techsmith I would like to know what your roadmap of features for 10 are? I don't expect any inside info here but you most certainly can generalize on what the next version may contain. So is this feature being set aside because it can't or not deemed useful across all the platforms? Is Techsmith more concerned about cross platform compatibility then features people need? No question gamers aren't heavy Mac users. There are more but I don't want to crate a book here. I bring that point up because it has been decided to not pursue this feature. So moving forward is likely people will want 60 not 30 which was fine 10 years ago but now is just dated. If your like me who uses Cantasia to edit short movies and vids them at 60FPS then you prob do. Moving forward Techsmith seems to continue to think that adding features that people need in 2018 and forward don't need or want.Ħ0FPS seems crazy to need right? I mean how many people need that for a screen capture? Well if you are a gamer and have spent oodles on a video card that runs at a fast rate you sure do. I have the Adobe products but truth be known Camtasia Studio is just far simpler to use and in general contains the small subset of additions, transitions, etc, that anyone I target would need. More than 75 new transitions to make videos more engaging and polished. Get features you won’t find in free video editors. ![]() ![]() Rename Media (Mac Only) Right-click media and select Rename. Mac: Select Camtasia 2023 > Settings (macOS 13 or later) or Preferences (macOS 12 or earlier) > General tab > Delete All Proxy Videos button. Every feature is built with beginners and experts in mind. Windows: Select Edit > Preferences > Advanced tab > Delete Proxy Videos button. I wonder if Techsmith realizes that many people use their product for more then simple screen capture? Camtasia for PC is the best all-in-one screen recorder and video editing software. ![]()
